5yWe appreciate that you’ve taken the time to provide feedback about your experience working in our Tokyo Tech office.
We are deeply committed to creating a workplace where Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging is not only valued, but prioritized. So it is difficult to hear that one of our training programs to incorporate neurodiversity was less than satisfactory for you. This training was built by our DI&B experts in partnership with our Access Indeed IRG, with input from our neurodiverse employees, and an external vendor. We do not conflate neurodiversity to disability, and we are sensitive to the fact that many neurodiverse individuals may not identify as having a disability. If you have specific feedback with regards to the training, we would love to hear it so we can continue to refine and improve the experience for our employees.
We are disappointed to hear your feedback about unhealthy behaviour that you witnessed and when brought up was addressed poorly. Toxic behaviour is not something we tolerate at Indeed and we appreciate that you’ve highlighted this to us through this platform.
We’d like to find out more so we can investigate and address the issues you have highlighted more specifically with the relevant parties, as well as help connect you with the right people who can help effect change.
