I cant recommend Indeed enough and feel so grateful to be there. The culture is friendly and inclusive. The leadership is empathetic to the current climate and encourages breaks and PTO. The work life balance is great, and there's tons of opportunities and people to learn from.

Minpunten

The priority and goals can feel a bit chaotic. Departments struggle to align with one another. Frequently junior or lackluster team members are promoted without much experience. Overall though - once you get used to frequent change, the adjustment normalizes.

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Minpunten

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
