We encourage all employees to reach out to the sales training team or HR, and leverage support such as sessions where tenured and senior account executives can provide guidance and support on individual situations. We also provide ongoing training for our sales organization at different stages throughout your career at Indeed. The open PTO (Paid Time Off) is intended to be used by everyone. We want employees to take off as much time on holiday as they need, as long as they are hitting their targets and have manager approval. Everyone’s circumstances are different, but the PTO numbers (time taken off) reported globally have increased every year since we added the benefit.
