You will be expected to be at your desk from 9-6 M-F making 60 cold calls a day. Regardless of attainment to quota or how many deals you closed that day or week, you will need to hit 60 calls. All promotions in the sales department are a result of tenure and not qualification. This leads to micromanagement coming from the top down. For someone entering the company who is not an entry level account executive, this can be overwhelming. Although the micromanagement is very obvious it doesn't lead to as many people leaving as you would think because entry level AE's don't know any better.
