The management's best interest is to charge a lot per project to its clients and keep their employees with a very low salary. They will not increase your salary or in such case they will prolong it as much as possible. They don't consider their employees as equally important members of their team. As a developer you will always have this feeling that you're on the lowest rank and under-appreciated.
