Inetum's delivery managers (and HR) are very friendly and always willing to help. The referral bonus is quite high (500€) and you can refer anyone from your first day in the company. Good place to start your career, especially for bachelor graduates.
Minpunten
Low base salary, and overall salary as well. Besides the meal allowance, it's common to receive part of the salary as "travel expenses". Also, they will offer you a low salary, so be prepared to negotiate it as much as you can (especially if you have a master's degree and/or experience). In my case, I was "deployed" to the client's office, as many other consultants were, which is part of this project. So Inetum just acted as a talent acquisition company, meaning that if I am not hired by the client I will be unemployed when my contract with Inetum ends. It's just like a launch pad.
