Minpunten

8.5 work days. No Human Resources department- which really hurts. You will need to be able to take a project and run. Show initiative and be able to work in front of a client.

- Infina had a flat organizational structure and relied heavily on cross-functional teams. Collaboration was encouraged and rewarded. - They invested in their employees. They paid for my PMP training and test. They paid for classes and certifications for their employees. - Encouraged innovative solutions. Great place for creative problems-solvers.

Minpunten

Not diversified enough. Relied too much on a single customer and transitioned to other work too late before that customer divested.
