Pluspunten

Management really cares about staff, even those working on site. They check in often and try to create a work family, outside of the federal customers that you deal with day-in and day-out. Great benefits and great parties.

Minpunten

Some things are out of their hands and depends on the federal customer, but they seem to be very responsive to helping solve any issues that might arise.

- Infina had a flat organizational structure and relied heavily on cross-functional teams. Collaboration was encouraged and rewarded. - They invested in their employees. They paid for my PMP training and test. They paid for classes and certifications for their employees. - Encouraged innovative solutions. Great place for creative problems-solvers.

Minpunten

Not diversified enough. Relied too much on a single customer and transitioned to other work too late before that customer divested.
