Pluspunten
I've been at Infinite for about a year now, and I have a few points to talk about.
1. The corporate culture. At Infinite there is an extremely positive atmosphere that is fostered, and protected, by management and the people working here. The Management Training Program is designed to be tough because the clientele are all Fortune 500 companies and need the very best reps and managers to run offices for them. The culture at Infinite positively supports all people and provides a venue for them to succeed.
2. The standards. At Infinite, there are very high standards for both reps and managers. While performance is important, Infinite focus more on the character of our people, most specifically on the Integrity of both reps and managers. We do this because we represent Fortune 100 and 500 clients. Our clients ask that reps and mangers pass both background and drug screening. Both our clients and Infinite look for quality people.
3. The opportunity. At Infinite, the Management Training Program is designed to be hard on purpose. All of our managers start from entry level and work their way up. I've personally met our 9 extremely talented managers and each and every one started from the bottom. I'm here for the same opportunity to be successful that they have worked so hard for.

I live in Barrington so it's a longer drive. But worth it.
