Effectively, the company is a financial pass through, enabling IBM to expand a large workforce of non-employees with no benefits.
Minpunten
The company provides no interaction with the employee. Supervision is not really present, and when engaged, has no answers. When questions are asked, promises to get back with answers are not kept. No paid time off - no holidays, no vacation, no sick-time. Health care plans offered are in the range of $18,000 per year when premiums and deductibles are totaled.
