TL;DR: Great company culture; sincere coworkers; open and honest leadership; continual improvement, both professionally individually and company-wide. The Leadership team leads by example. During the hiring phase at Inflow, the phrase "Make it Matter" is thrown around a lot, especially in regard to making it matter to their Inflowees (Inflow employees). After working at Inflow for almost 2 years, I've learned it's far more than just a slogan - it's the very reason behind every decision. Inflow has helped me to grow professionally, both from the quarterly Book Club but also with a lateral move in the company with greater responsibilities. When I (and others) identified an issue in the company, the leadership team was quick to listen and to develop a solution; some of which I now support in the execution of those solutions so Inflowees don't have to face the same headaches that I did. When I had a family emergency, Inflow gave me the time I needed to be with and comfort my family. And after countless meetings and one-on-ones with the leadership team, it is clear to me that their mission - to Make it Matter to every employee - is substantiated everyday by their actions. Thank you for Making it Matter to me and to others!

The company is still small which means there are some processes that aren't in place or lack refinement which can cause some headaches. However, over the course of the almost two years I've been at Inflow, there have been significant improvements and continual signs of improvement. Biggest feedback would be to have more communication across the entire company.
