      Product portfolio is very good

      - Severe lack of leadership. Anyone in a decision-making role has only ever made decisions while at Infobip. They don't have outside perspective on proper business practice or how to productively run an organization. - Internal processes are either absent or will make your life way harder than it needs to be. There is no resource planning, just lots of talk of our "lack of resources". - Extreme nepotism. Want recognition or advancement? You better be Croatian. - Ego at the highest levels results in poor business decisions. This company cannot get out of its own way, and there are no positive signs pointing they ever will.
