Pluspunten
- good training ground for fresh grads. - generous in letting you attend trainings abroad. (plus generous in accommodation, airfare and per diem!) - for the consulting department, you get to have business travel depending on your client. but it's mostly remote work in Manila. - nice superiors. they would want you to push through your limits and challenge yourself to become the best consultant you can be. - free shuttle - lots of clubs and activities by the HR. efficient HR and Finance Teams. - fair compensation and benefits package - flexible schedule - good office location (in the heart of BGC) - you get to learn a lot - variable compensation every quarter - good collaboration with friendly colleagues
Minpunten
- there are days that there are work burnouts. it just so happened mine lasted for 5 months until I quit. - less work life balance than expected - management does not really prioritize the welfare of employees - will make you work on external client projects alongside internal initiatives (a.k.a. overwork) - office politics - management will not really help you pursue your career interests - micromanaging leads - some work on weekends - since it's a flexible work schedule, be prepared to go on shifts that is dependent on the location of your client. mostly, consultants work on mid- and night-shifts. - as a consultant, be prepared to work at least 10 hours a day - the consulting department's culture isn't really participative to HR activities and clubs - compensation did not become fair anymore as we are now getting exposed to senior-level tasks (but still the same salary)
