Extremely poor communication; tendency to work in silos; ideas are rarely carried through to fruition; flat manage to structure means opportunities for progression are rare and senior managers remain in post for too long to the detriment of the business; old-fashioned - unwillingness to try new ideas / methods; inefficient practices and lack of administrative support; senior appointments have been questionable and poor decisions have been made - e.g. New bonus system was not implemented until the end of Q1 and has proved to be over complicated, punitive, unfair as people aren't getting rewarded for the work they do, demotivating and not reflective of market conditions.
