- KPIs unrealistic to hit bonus levels (bonuses also tiny) - HR and managers willing to overlook an employees repetitively inappropriate and harassing behaviour (despite two significant incidents) because they’re good at their job, extremely disappointing and made the environment really hostile - and myself and others felt completely helpless. - Cliquey depending what team you are in.

The company is not real competitive on salaries and continuously has salary freezes for certain groups with in the organization. We have had very small cost of living raises that are not covering the actual cost of living increase we are all facing.
