      Remote work is nice if you’re lucky enough to get it.

      This company could’ve been great, but since the various mergers and acquisitions, they have put an array of unqualified people in charge just to cut budgets. Job security is nonexistent as is quality work. There is absolutely no work life balance. There was a failed return to office & two major layoffs … all in the past year.

      Honestly, none since the merger.

      Where should one start: - For starter, I applied to a job and spoke the hiring manager, and then nothing. It has been over a month (and I work for the company in another department). - The Chief People Officer needs professional help. On her first call with the company (the TechTarget follks), she called herself "Ruthless" Ruth. She is in a HR. - The pay is terrible. I think everyone can agree to that. - The disconnect between managers/executives and the people working for them. Honestly, it just seem like Gary does not care about the people in the US. - The Q and A are a joke. They had a company wide meeting yesterday, and it was just management patting themselves on the back.
