Company seems to think that the sales compensation plan is discretionary. I have talked to 20+ team members and the feedback is the same - the company is taking unethical and contractually illegal carve out's in order to not pay commission to the reps. Clearly management is more interested in juicing profitability than keeping their top performing reps. Informatica is the worst payer of comp in the industry by a long shot.
