Pluspunten
Even though the environment is very dis-jointed, the smaller team I worked within had some fantastic people.
Minpunten
Micromanagement by my team manager was the worst point of my employment at IRM. Extremely frustrating for me and everyone else there. No praise for hard work and views and ideas are shunned away. Forethought of issues which may arise are shut down by management until an actual client complains, when this does occur management take credit for the solutions I and my team had put forward when we raised the initial issue. No Flexi-time. Beer-fridge Friday is poorly stocked and non-inviting. No room for growth, again, management view employees as profit robots, expected to continue working the jobs of two people whilst shutting down negotiations of employing more people and/or adjusting salaries. If you are interviewing for a development role, I'd like to warn you that their techniques are prehistoric. You will be interviewed by non-technical staff who expect you to write basic and irrelevant code on paper. P.S enjoy the February 'Christmas Party'
