- Command-and-control management - No vision - Weak leadership - Very bad work-life balance (managers and leaders do not hesitate to ask you to work over night, call you during your vacation...) - Unstructured organization (you have to do everything, and if you do, you will be blamed for doing it) - Issues cannot be raised to management, or at your own risk - Conflict of interests for some executives - No training - Very low salary increase, even for top performers In summary, employees are just pawns.

Communication around hiring forecasts and headcount planning can feel overly optimistic.
