Pay trap, stereotyping and labelling of unemployed. Buzz words galore but no substance. Belief in their own hype. Service levels to suit.

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
