Hybrid working, salary is good for the work you do.

Minpunten

Micro management, from line management. Senior management has little idea of what happens day to day. Training is basic. Some situations are unsafe for workers IMO.

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
