Additionally by being a very large company there are many opportunities to explore various ambitions either in your current department or outside of your current department. Also due to the ever changing business you are often given the opportunity innovate and create.

While there are always oportunities for advancement it isn't always easy to get them. Also this is a very lean company so as large projects come up there is a need to occasionally rally and put in the long hours neccesary to meet deadlines.
