9yShoreditch times are long gone, and so is the management and leadership style. Ink has since grow like a company and has invested in training and development and we have updated our business strategies that cover all areas.
We understand that sales environment is fast paced and that management sometimes may require longer working hours, but that is the business today. Unfortunately, today’s competitive environment does not allow global business to blink even for a second.
Commission structure at Ink has been consistent, and clear over the last few years, and it’s paid to employees on a monthly basis, providing the accounts have been settled.
Our incentives consists of various financial and non-financial awards, and we aim to take all our teams on incentive trips every quarter. We do that to reward performance and show our appreciation, and not because we expect our employees to be grateful or in debt to a company.
Early morning sessions are by choice only, and have been introduced to trigger the positivity and increase performance, as well to relax and have fun.
Like we have mentioned before, many things have changed during the past couple of years and we are now looking at the new stage in our development and success.
