The toxicity of this company sucks all your energy. You start as a graduate eager to learn and develop and soon you realise that you don’t have a future here. No diversity, all employees have the same profile and demography. Unsociable and questionable shift patterns affected my health, I ended burned out and sick to the point I had panic attacks at work and couldn’t handle it anymore. The top leadership doesn’t care about the treatment their employees get and ignore the high and constant turnover of staff. There is a demeaning and toxic working environment that destroys your motivation. Everyday was a misery, I couldn’t wait to leave and resign to protect my health and mental well-being.
