As a beginner, in the domain of Digital Marketing or Content Writing, you may find to learn a lot especially WordPress. In addition, Inklik has a got a comfort zone. Hence, they allow you to work while enjoying light music and maintaining your comfort zone. P.S. The boss is really cool :)

As specified in the headline, Inklik is not good enough for experienced writers or other employees. Freshers may find so much into their plate initially, however, after a certain point, there is nothing new to learn or to experience. Therefore, the experienced candidates may not find the place worthy enough to work with. I suggest not to waste your time because being a capable writer, you will end up regretting spending a couple of months (or so) in Inklik. P.S. The boss is not so cool every time :)

As an intern, I had a great learning experience here. Work culture here is also good. As a beginner, you need a company which not only focuses on making you work for them but also on making you learn throughout the process and the founder-Ishan Bansal does ensure that.

I feel, the only con is that after you have gained some experience, you won't really get growing opportunities here plus the pays here are extremely low. A good company for interns and beginners. Not that good for experienced professionals.
