Pay takes a long time to get to you. In some cases, a month or two. Work is not guaranteed, I’ve gone many months without being offered anything. Additionally, when you are, you still need to complete writing tests and be accepted by the client company before you can actually do the work.

The PMs are all great and eager to help with everything.

Rate increase is hard to get.
