Pluspunten
Management is very lax, and will sometimes work with you if you need to change your schedule (as long as they like you). You get to spend half your day in a cave teaching school kids and families.
Minpunten
If the managers do not like you, you will not last long. They will cut your hours until you leave, and will give a raise to one employee but not another for taking on the same responsibilities. (Starting wage is $8/hr, definitely no benefits.) There is no HR department, and no consistent guidelines or rules. None of the money this business makes goes back into the business. Water is unreliable (well water)-there are days with 100+ school kids visiting and the bathrooms are out of order. Lots of high-school age employees, which would be fine if they were properly trained. If you are looking for a chill (sometimes) job with very little responsibility, look no further. If you would like to be treated decently and have a job ethic, you would be better off anywhere but here.
