There is no role of HR in the company. HR team is just puppet of Pillars and Director. Longest working hours. HR don't know anything other than hiring freshers. No value if you experienced. No matter how much you have experience, they can treat you like most foolish and only they are only smartest. No one care about you experience even is you leave the company. There is no guarantee that you will receive good feedback even after leaving company with good relations. If you are lucky, your call may be received by the HR. HR policies are the worst. Notice period may updated to 3 months from 2 months with just one mail. False commitments from the HR. No company ethics. "Freshers are donkeys and let them work with extreme load" this is the thinking of all Pillars and Directors. If you are working in night, you are best performer. Single odd question to HR will be answered like "We need to discuss with management" No training, No HR Activities. They consider Glassdoor review as employee's opinion, and never take seriously.
