I can not think of any pros

Minpunten

Pharma world is dominated by Indian community. They all know each other and I have met people that dont want to go into pharma because there is too much nepotism and favoritism. the whole department was managed by them and every management level was people from India. My manager promoted his best froend who had zero interpersonal skills. He also told me I will gt promoted to level 2, but just before they policy changes he promoted his other friend who within 2 months become a TM, and he had just joined the company few months ago, but he had arrived from India. I quit my job and so did my other non-brown colleague. I don't think all Indians are bad but at Innomar it is.

Pluspunten

They give you a lot of responsibilities and you can always ask for more They are very flexible with the schedule

Minpunten

Need more organization in some pharmacovigilance teams

Pluspunten

Company overall vision is good. It aligned with my values which made it great to work for a organization like Innomar.

Minpunten

The department was not very team friendly. There was no growth and low paid.
