Worst work life balance. Management nature is to load people with 200% work pressure continuously & keep making the person guilty of not doing the 200% work Recognition is well deserved/given to certain set of people who keeps blaming other people/employees. Hire & Fire culture - many people are asked to resign and some are fired in the worst possible manner without any intimation. If you are high paying salary member - get ready to face this within 6 - 12 months. Says Hybrid - but work load demands you to come to office daily. & rumors are it will be moved to full WFO soon in couple of months. Lot of recent hirings are management roles & those people have no idea about domain/tech - which is causing engineering team a big problem in-terms of delivery & quality of delivery
