They do not care about their employees, and the principal investigators, who are not employees, call all the shots. They are really a glorified survey company, as the people that hire them to do RCTs are completely in charge. They have no independence nor people within the organization who initiate development programs or surveys. They abandoned me when there was a misunderstanding with the government regarding work visas. Instead of supporting me, they allowed the government to cancel my work visa and end my employment.
