Small staff. Work directly with the brokers and was able to run the agents book of business.

The managing broker was never in the office but when she was in the office she tried to micro manage. Lots of profanity and no job security.

Owner has taken recent steps to improve many aspects of the business including hiring a COO to oversee the operations in the office. Positive changes are happening at Innovative Solutions and everyone seems to be on board. The people here are amazing.

Unfortunately there is a negative perception of the company on sites like this one. All I can say is that many things I have heard or read are being addressed and the future looks bright at Innovative Solutions.
