Big changes have completely shifted the company’s culture and not for the better. A group of new leaders from Capgemini came in and quickly eliminated many employees. The focus now is all about numbers, with little regard for the people who actually do the work. Morale has taken a hit, and there’s a growing disconnect between leadership and employees. If you’re looking for a place that values its people, this might not be it. But if you’re okay with a company that prioritizes metrics over culture, you might fit right in.
