Taking this job right out of school was the worst decision i ever made. You make no money, work long hours. it is basically slave labor, i honestly do not know if it is fully legal. they put out the vibe that it is all about hard work and dedication but in reality it comes down to if management likes you or not. everyone is very young and extremely unintelligent. they push that the money comes with hard work, but really it comes with annoying people to no end via the phone day in and day out. they play it off like " you are helping people with their staffing needs" but really you are annoying the crap out of them until your push yourself on them. i'm convinced all the positive reviews of this company are written by current employees forced to do so. Because the turnover is every day and never talked about; people leave and it is like they never existed to everyone still there. it is so insulting and unprofessional.
