The management is here to help you become successful early on in your career and takes a front seat with helping you achieve your goals. Internal promotions are based off of your personal merit and drive. (I have been with the company for 4 years and have been promoted 3 times!) The people. I couldn’t be more proud to share my days, months, and years with the group of people I work with on a daily basis. I laugh all day long and genuinely enjoy coming into work each day!

Can make good money, your coworkers are great

- work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
