- It's sort of like high school, if management likes you personally then you will be successful. If they don't like you, get ready for a bad territory and no direction. - All depends on who your manager is. Some Sales Managers are attentive and helpful, others don't know which way is up. - If you are a man, run away. The sales team is 90% women (no joke) and they play favorites. Everyone is close knit but be careful how you interact with coworkers, even outside the office. - Difficult weekly metrics. Some people love it, but others can't keep up. They will put you on a performance plan if you fall behind on your weekly metrics. - Low low low low salary. Even when you are senior, your base will be way below average. - They will force you out if you've been there a long time and they do not see you going into leadership. - Senior leadership/management cuts back on important things since they're not doing well but they still travel a lot to HQ and have their women leadership summits (which cost a lot of money).
