Pluspunten
Before I interviewed with Insight Global I was a little skeptical after reading a few of the reviews, but after meeting everyone in the office I felt right at home. I have been with the company over a year now and couldn't have asked for a better training program. I was set up with a mentor from day one and she was extremely helpful in preparing me for a career in sales. I had worked retail before but had no sort of business to business sales experience. I never felt weird asking questions and everyone in the office was great about helping out while I tried to pick up on the technical side of things. It took me about 7 months or so to get promoted but it was well worth the wait.
Minpunten
It can be challenging at times. You can't just come to work and expect to get promoted. It takes a lot of hard work and effort, but if you are willing to listen to the people training you it will pay off.
