Thank you for your feedback. We continue to experience growth which brings new challenges, and we are actively working on those. While we were asked for more communication on time utilization expectations, this information is meant to provide guidance and not meant to cause the level of stress you experienced. We do need to pay attention to our financial realities so we can compensate staff well and provide the level of support like benefits, staff recognition and team building, etc., but not at the expense of morale or employee experience. We are currently finalizing a Supervisory Training Series to ensure a greater level of consistency in how we provide support and guidance to staff but also to ensure tone and alignment with our values. In that we will reinforce that we have no intention of eliminating our travel and cell phone reimbursement. This year we have also been meeting with staff in our consulting practices to engage more voices in future planning and in all cases, we sincerely ask for and welcome direct feedback about how we are working and what we can do to enhance the employee experience.
