Where do I get started? CEO and the management has no appreciation for the amount of work you do. You can just be in good books of CEO by buttering him, suggesting vague plans...and he will be very impressed. The employees who actually work hard do not deserve a place here. They hire people and fire them within 10-30 days...already judging them for the performance. Doing pay cut for employees who have stayed in organization for about 9 years, without any prior notice. Revenue of the company is falling like crazzzyyyyy. No matter why the company is in startup phase from 12 years. Do not join this organization at any cost. Be job less, but do not join Insticator - the COOL company just became UNCOOL by doing these tactics.
