Insurity leadership did an incredible job navigating the pandemic, both from a business and a human perspective and are now heavily focused on growth which makes it an exciting company to work at and offers all sorts of career opportunities. Insurity made the decision earlier this year to become a Flex First company, allowing almost everyone to choose if they want to be office based (but still have working from home flexibility) or home based. For those that chose home based, they can work from any State/Province in the US/Canada and anyone that's looking to spend some time abroad or even relocate internationally, that's an option if you discuss it with your manager/HR).

Because of the rapid growth there are a lot of moving parts and high expectations on the team members. If you like this kind of environment you will thrive, if on the other hand you're looking to coast for a while, this is probably not the company for you.
