Extreme workload - Myself and other adjusters are over worked. Not enough bodies to handle the # of claims we are getting. This has been an ongoing issue, not a recent one.
Micro Managed - There are a lot of processes on how to do everything, and they must be followed. Some is understandable, but this is a bit overkill.
Employee Shares - Intact will match 50% of your contributions, but there are a number of restrictions that limit exactly how much they will contribute and it turns into a very small number.
Upper Management - Doesn't really feel like they care. More focus and support for UW than claims; it creates an us vs them mentality.
Finally, it seems like there is a committee and a spreadsheet for everything.
Overall the processes and workload are too much.
