This is the first job I have ever taken that I can see myself in long-term, so maybe I have rose colored goggles on, but it cannot be denied that the culture and environment at Intact is warm and welcoming. Your co-workers and managers are all friendly and unique people who are happy to get to know you, and everything about the company makes it easy to get into your job while also having some in-between time so you don't get too stressed out. The company is also constantly focused on improvement and developing their entire environment to better suit it's customers and employees, so it really feels like you're growing with the company.

Minpunten

It's a certainty anywhere you go that some issues, big and (thankfully mostly) small get tossed to the wayside, not out of neglect, more-so by a sort of triage system for problems that need immediate resolutions. It's hard not to feel a bit let down when the issues corrected didn't really impact you, and moreover when you realize the issues you may have brought to the table are no longer on the table, since other issues were being handled.
