- Extensive training because there's so much to learn - Colleagues are helpful

Minpunten

- Insurance companies consistently do not know how to value and appreciate their employees' contributions. The turnover rate is high - No plans to hire more than 2 Assistants to handle the workload - Senior level forcing people to come back into the office - Underwriters get special treatment even though they consistently miss deadlines - Halcion and other systems painfully slow and problematic
