The compensation was fair and allowed me to live comfortably. My manager was accommodating with time off requests. However, the high workload and tight deadlines made the job extremely stressful. I was working 50-hour weeks regularly just to keep up. The stress led to burnout and health issues. While I gained good experience, I don't think the stress was sustainable long-term. If the workload was more manageable, it would have been an excellent job overall. The company takes good care of employees, but the role asks a lot in return.
