The company spends endless time and money pitching new business (that they rarely win) at the expense of the business they already have—which leads to losing more business. The pay is on the low end of the spectrum—they used to imply that the fun culture would act as a supplement for that but I don’t think they can really pull that off anymore. Raises are rare. No cost of living increases. Very little chance for advancement.
