Pluspunten

As with most large companies, benefits are extensive due to the size of the company's portfolio. Ultimately, helping seniors and their families daily is definitely the biggest and most rewarding "pro".

Minpunten

Lack of sufficient staffing for the workload. Failure to communicate effectively and empower employees to voice grievances without retribution. Centralized management with no clue of the actual day to day challenges and needs of employees and residents hundreds of miles away. The unfair solution is to blame the on-site staff for any and all deficiencies.
