Management is approachable and is not afraid to share honest feedback regardless or whether the news is positive or challenging. Management that works as hard for the employees as they expect the employees to work for them.

Difficult industry. Constant change and shifts often without much notice. We strive to stay in front of the surprises and have qualified staff who know where to look for indications of changes or new trends within the industry.
