Compensation is okayish, but bonus was poor. Ask for as much as you can when first coming in otherwise, you're stuck at the pay scale.
Minpunten
The company did a terrible job developing the careers of black employees (wish I would have known that day one). I've seen two black employees at the company got hired into leadership positions from and did not grow within the company. The firm had not demonstrated the ability to cultivate black talent internally. I personally know 7 black employees that left due to the poor prospects of career growth.
