Empresa com grande crescimento e que mantém a ideologia de pequena. Os donos ligam para os funcionários e sempre tentam realocação em caso de algum problema. Desde que entrei foram inseridos benefícios que não existia , como férias e reajuste anual (as vezes não existe em empresas com modalidade pj)

Minpunten

Salário, apesar de sempre pago atrasa quase todo mês.

You are heard and given the chance to contribute on projects.

Project ownership and promotions are only rewarded with more and more charges, and no finantial compensation. The CEOs have this "company is family" thing when asking everyone to work extra time, but when it's about to give the proper compensation to the team, all you get is a kudos message.
