Honestly, I don't have any major cons to mention. IEL has been great place to work, and it's clear the company strives to improve in all areas

The lights were on, horrible energy though.

The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
